To observe how nicotine can be associated with stress disorders such as PTSD, a mouse model experiment will be conducted. 
Our experimental aim is to observe how nicotine can affect mice offspring (mice pups) to understand whether fear memory (responses) are influenced by developmental nicotine exposure. we would like to examine if there are any alterations in neurotransmitters that may control changes in memory, specifically fear and to be able to study the molecular mechanisms, any changes in gene expression patterns (gene alterations) and other factors in the brain of mice exposed to nicotine.
